To ensure that our customers can utilize VETtraks premier student management system at all times, VETtrak is supported by a robust infrastructure network that ensures everything is redundant – meaning if we lose one server, we have a backup, so your files are never in jeopardy.
Assembling as part of our infrastructure are remote desktop servers, domain controllers for authentication, web and database servers, which are located in Hobart, and backup servers located in Launceston and Melbourne.
Combining with our robust infrastructure setup is an automated database synchronization that updates any changes to the system every 20 minutes and delivers it to an offsite database ready for your retrieval.
