The VETtrak Progress Portal is a web-based product that will allow employers to view the training progress of their employees through a secure login. Employers will be able to view a complete history of their employees’ training, along with their current progress and courses due to be commenced.

Through the VETtrak Progress Portal, employers can:

  • View and print full training records
  • View a list of employees that have, are or will be undertaking training
  • Employee search
  • View unit level results
  • List accreditations along with expiry dates
  • List work placements. host organisation, and supervisor details
  • View tables responsive to your preferred device
  • View completion progress

Easy to Use on Any Device

The Progress Portal is designed with a responsive framework for easy use on any device, whether on a desktop, laptop or tablet. For an additional fee, we can brand your portal with your logo and colour scheme.

How it Works

Setting up a corporate customer to access Progress Portal is as easy as:

  1. Having students assigned to an employer group
  2. Create a supervisor account for this employer
  3. Provide login details

System Requirements

The Progress Portal is currently available to VETtrak Hosted Users.

Hosted users are VETtrak customers who have chosen to purchase our VETtrak Hosting package.

Available on VETtrak Version 17.3.x or later
